This week's inchie is kind of a mix between a bunch of some of my favorites board games.
When my kids were little we used to play Sorry and Clue. I added in Monopoly just cuz it is the most popular board games, (if not the longest.) We also played card games like Phase 10, Uno, Split, Skipbo. Good times for sure.
Now having time for family game night is hard to come by. Which is so sad, families should still make time to play games with their kids.
You can follow the links to all the games and how to make a family game night. But without further ado here is my color game inchie.
I like how it came out. I used Delicas as usual, all matte beads except the white which is an opaque pearl AB. All of the colors are transparent matte. I love the bright colors, very indicative of most board games.
Don't forget to fly on over to EIM to see all the great art from all of the talented artists there. Have a blessed week.
Love it! Games help us in so many ways....As always, great job.ReplyDelete
Wonderful work. I usually have a board game day towards the end of school with my class. It's sad to see how many kids don't play board games or have that experience. They teach so much that electronic games can't. While I love my electronic games I love board games also.ReplyDelete
Great inchie, the colours are wonderful! I used to play the American version of monopoly called "easy money" we used to have so much fun but it did take HOURS!ReplyDelete
Love it! Memories.... la, la, la...ReplyDelete
Fantastic - you managed to achieve what I wanted to do but didn't! So pleased to see Sorry in your collection, we have two really old sets that we use but I don't think it's that common oer here.ReplyDelete
Your inchies are wonderful and you brought back many fond memories of when my children were little and we played these games too.ReplyDelete

I, too, love games and family game night! My husband and I used to have on every week and we've gotten out of the habit and in the habit of too much tv! I really love this inchie! THe colors alone just evoke that game feeling. Nice!ReplyDelete
