Hey everyone I hope this finds you all well. I am doing a bit better. Most of the last 2 weeks have been without the internet. AGAIN!!!!! ARG!!!!!! They think that they know what the problem is (again). So only time and the weekend will tell! LOL But while I do have internet I am going to post as quickly as I can.
Last week the theme over at Every Inchie Monday was Zebra. So I just went with the pattern flow and did the black and white stripes, and again I wonder why I do this to myself. While it looks easy compared to all the other ladies works, the non symmetrical part of the pattern drove me crazy! I am gonna stand up to my first thought and tell it to be symmetrical or else!! LOL well until then here is my zebra.
Nice and shiny right?!? Also last week over at 2x2x2 the theme was Raspberry. I thought of all the things that raspberry could have been. But since I couldn't figure out how to show someone giving a baby a blurbur on their belly, I went with the fruit. When in doubt go with fruit!
I really love the red color of these beads. They are opaque transparent. When you hold them up to the light you can see thru them but they are not completely transparent!
Now to get to this weeks work! Over at EIM the theme this week is Tiger. Do you remember just a few paragraphs ago I said that I was not going to do anything that was not symmetrical?? Well, I think that will have to start after this week hahaha.
Tigers are one of my favorite animals. As a teenager I told myself that when I became famous I was going to have a pet tiger. Well, well.... lets just say I have yet to become famous... and I don't own a tiger. Sigh! LOL
Well, that is it for me. I am typing as quickly as I can. I am trying to out run the internet loss. Lets just hope that we don't lose it but, if the past is any indication then I need to type faster! Just don't forget to fly on over to EIM and 2x2x2 to check out the great works from everyone, and join in the fun! Have a blessed and creative week my friends!
Three fabulous pieces of work, well done, I did wonder how you would cope with the animals.

Thanks Sally. I sympathise with you as well
DeleteThree brilliant squares. I love your unsymmetrical work. I hope you will go on with patterns like these.
ReplyDeleteThanks Trillian, I am working on stretching myself in that direction
DeleteGood work with the awkward pieces...and live in hope, fame and a tiger might both come to you yet! Dixx
ReplyDeleteLOL Thanks Dianne!
DeleteVery clever inchies - it's the first thing you think about when you come to zebras and tigers is the stripes and the colours - you got them both perfect and your little raspberry is superb
ReplyDeleteThanks so much Jenny!
