Peace and Light!

Hey everyone, I have been really trying to get back to weekly posts but last week I had a family event to go to that kept me away all weekend.  So this weekend I got busy catching up with my inchies.  I was really looking forward to doing these 2 inchies so I am glad I got to them.

First off, last week over at Every Inchie Monday the world tour stopped in Jordan.  I was not sure what to do for Jordan until I found out a really cool bit of information about Jordan.  It is one of only 2 countries that have made peace with Israel.  How cool is that!  Also, how sad is that?!?  I really wish there was peace everywhere but until that day comes along maybe we can look at Jordan and Egypt and their deal to be at peace with Israel.

So for my inchie I decided to put a peace symbol in front of the colors of the flag of Jordan.

I really love the look of the colors together.  What do you think?  Now this week the world tour stops in Iceland.  I love that Iceland is more like Greenland than Iceland but one thing that I found interesting about Iceland is that you can see the Northern Lights 8 months out of the year.  That would be sooooo cool!

For someone who loves colors and mixing all my colorful beads together the Northern Lights are a joy to be able to bead!  So of course I did!

This may be hard to see but I used 7 different colors in my inchie!  Yay, color!!!!  LOL.  That is it for me this week.  I am super excited for next weeks inchie so I will see you then.  Don't forget to fly on over to EIM and check out the other great artwork over there and have a blessed and creative week my friends.
